Getting the documents to us.

Your documents will be scanned at our HIPAA secured facility. Depending on the quantity of boxes and location, a Precision Integrated Data employee may pick-up your boxes at your place of business, or a label will be given to you with a scheduled pickup time from an authorized mail carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).

Our pricing model is box based, with set prices per box you can put as much as you can fit, and the cost covers: the document prep, document scanning, indexing, and finally destruction if you wish to have your paper files shredded after you sign off on the digital copies.

Once digitized you can receive your files back on a storage device of your choosing. We specialize in our Cloud Storage Solution, where we host your files on the cloud giving you access to them 24/7 as long as you have an active internet connection.
