Getting the documents to us.
Your documents will be scanned at our HIPAA secured facility. Depending on the quantity of boxes and location a Precision Integrated Data employee may pick-up your boxes at your place of business, or a label will be given to the business with a scheduled pickup time from an authorized mail carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
Giving the documents and electronic files back.
Once digitized you can receive your files back on a storage device of your choosing. We specialize in our Cloud Storage Solution, where we host your files on the cloud giving you access to them 24/7 as long as you have an active internet connection. As for the paper files you can have them returned, or they can be shredded (no additional cost).
